Patricia Ann Brassard

Patricia Ann (Gallagher) Brassard, 81, of Templeton, MA, died unexpectedly in her home on April 24, 2026, after a period of declining health. Born on April 26, 1944, in Fitchburg, MA, she was the daughter of the late Richard William Gallagher and Angelina Maria (Poole) Gallagher.

Growing up in Winchendon, MA, she was a proud graduate of Murdock High School, Class of 1962. She was employed as an assembler for Simplex / Tyco for 10+ years before leaving on long term disability due to health issues.

She enjoyed shopping, especially from QVC shopping network, relaxing at home watching television and playing games on one of her many devices. She also looked forward to visiting and going out to eat with her brother Jim.

While Patricia cared for family members, there were also many beloved pets through the years, from cats and dogs to fish and different types of birds.

Patricia is survived by her daughter, Debra L. LeBlanc, and her husband David, of Templeton, MA; and her brother, James S. Gallagher of Hopkinton, MA and his companion Carol Bethoney of Franklin as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Patricia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Richard C. Brassard (September 30, 1986); her daughter, Laura A. Brassard (September 22, 1989); her sons, Robert James Brassard (December 21, 2011); and Richard C Brassard Jr. (December 29, 2015).

There are no calling hours. Her burial will be private at Notre Dame cemetery in the family plot at the convenience of the family.
