Dorothy Ann Wolferseder

With deeply saddened yet profoundly grateful hearts, we share the passing of our beautiful mother, Dorothy Wolferseder, at the age of 87. 

Dorothy was a beacon of unconditional love, warmth, and unimaginable grace. After facing an exceptionally long and difficult battle with cancer, she has peacefully found her rest. To know our mom was to know a gentle soul with the heart of a true warrior. 

This past December, she endured a grueling 13-hour surgery to remove brain cancer, followed by a complex reconstruction of her head and six challenging weeks of radiation. Through every single step of this painful journey, she fought with a fierce, unwavering courage. She endured it all with a singular, beautiful purpose: she loved her children too much to leave us, and she fought with every ounce of her being to stay by our side for as long as she possibly could. Her bravery was the ultimate testament to her endless devotion as a mother. While our hearts are completely broken by her absence, we take comfort in knowing that she is finally free from pain, wrapped in eternal peace. Her profound love, her beautiful smile, and her courageous spirit will live on in her children and family forever.
