WORCESTER – Darrin Buggs passed away unexpected on February 24, 2026. Born in Gainesville, Florida, and raised in Worcester, Massachusetts, but Great Brook Valley is where it all began.
Darrin grew into a man known for his loyalty, and the deep love he carried for his family. Darrin leaves behind his mother, Adrena Clark; his daughter, Maudistien, and spouse Dre; a second daughter Sarah; brothers Corey Clark Sr. of Worcester, Brian Clark, and Henry Marco Clark. He is preceded in death by his brother Greg White. A paternal sister Malissa Buggs of California; his four adored grandchildren: Jaiel, Zearra, Ahvianna, and Ahreanna; his best friend Charlie Cedona; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Darrin was proud to have earned his high school diploma and went on to receive his certification in Addiction Counseling from Quincy College—an achievement that reflected his commitment to helping others. He enjoyed collecting coins, sharing stories, searching for answers, and especially playing the lottery. He always “hit.” He spent his last years working for Table Talk Pie company.
Darrin will be remembered for his warm spirit, his determination, his laughter, and the love he poured into his search for the answers. His presence leaves a space that cannot be filled, and he will be deeply missed and forever loved.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am, Monday, March 23rd, at the Kelly Cremation & Funeral Care, 154 Lincoln St., Worcester.
