November 29, 1993-October 3, 2025
Conner Brochu, 31 of Worcester, MA passed away unexpectedly at home Friday night October 3, 2025. Conner leaves behind his father Greg Brochu and his wife Tracey of Ledyard, CT; his mother Tammie Brochu from Worcester whom he also lived with; his sister Alexandra Brochu; his nephew Kaiden and niece Audrina all from Dudley, MA. His Uncle Bucky Banks and Aunt Syliva Kulp both from South Carolina. Conner is predeceased by his paternal grandparents Ronald and Isabelle Brochu; his maternal grandparents Walter and Bobbie VanWyck; and his uncle Steven Brochu.
Conner grew up in Charlton before moving to Auburn where he graduated from Auburn High in 2012. He started playing hockey when he was 4 years old with the Bay State Sharks and continued throughout high school. After graduation he played for the Springfield Pics as well as the GMHL Meaford Knights of Canada. Conner continued his education at the University of Louisville while playing on their club hockey team. He was an exceptional player on the ice it showed with every game he played; it was his passion. He was so enjoyable to watch!
Conner enjoyed watching sports with his dad. He was his nephew’s number one fan when it came to football, cheering him on at his games every step of the way and so proud of the young man he was becoming. He loved his niece and her sassy personality teasing her from time to time giving her the nickname “Audi” – which she secretly wouldn’t admit she didn’t mind it deep down. Conner had a love for animals and any pet he had, their needs were always met and then some. He also had a group of true close friends that became like family over the years and he enjoyed spending time with them as well.
Conner you were loved so much by your family and friends, you always made us laugh and you will be missed tremendously. We will all remember the memories you have left us with and know you’re watching down on us now with those beautiful blue eyes and wonderful smile.
Services will be private for family only and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
