It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Colin Clegg, a father, son, brother, partner and friend, who peacefully left this world on August 25, 2026, surrounded by his family and friends. Born on December 6, 1943, in Fitchburg, Massachusetts, Colin's life was a testament to resilience, love, and unyielding passion for the things he held dear.

Colin was the beloved son of the late Fredrick and Gertrude Clegg. Colin was also predeceased by his brother, Frederick Clegg of Florida. Colin is survived by his loving partner Lorraine McHugh, daughter Tracey Voyer, daughter Amy Clegg, and son Jeremy Capato. Colin is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and great-grandchild.

He also shared a special bond with his cat, Ziggie who was his faithful companion. Colin's life was all about the good times, filled with family and friends. Colin spent many years working at Wang Laboratories, but many further years running his own stump grinding service. Colin found joy with the simple things in life. His favorite hobby was watching horse races at Saratoga.

Colin’s memories will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. He will be remembered for his warmth, humor, and love of life. May he rest in peace.
