Loving Memory of Brian Keith Cabana

Brian Keith Cabana was born in Southbridge, Massachusetts, to his mother, Ellen Elizabeth Saine, and his father, Robert Leon Cabana Sr. He was raised in Millbury, Massachusetts, and attended St. John’s High School.

My brother is now reunited in Heaven with his parents, Robert and Ellen. He is also reunited with his sister, Michelle Trudell, whom we lost on November 24, 2024. She was also only 50 years old, just like my brother Brian. He is now joined in Heaven by many other loved ones who passed before him.

Brian had many pets growing up, but there was always a special dog in his life. Like the poem says, “Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge.” He has now been reunited with all of his beloved, long-lost pets. He leaves behind his best little buddy, Charlie.

Brian leaves behind his younger brother, Robert Cabana Jr., and his older brother, Mark Cabana. Brian also leaves behind his twin brother, Greg Cabana.

Brian had a son, Owen Rainville, and a new baby granddaughter, Emmalyn Kay McNight Rainville.

Owen, my brother Brian loved you with all his heart!

Brian leaves behind many friends, uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews, and a niece. He also leaves behind a special girl in his life, Kelly Embleton, who held a very special place in his heart, along with her family.

Brian was an outdoorsman. He loved nature and the peace and quiet of hiking, camping, and fishing in the woods. He loved and played many sports growing up, including baseball, hockey, soccer, and racquetball. But his favorite was golf. Brian was at his happiest when he could just kick back after a long week and watch the PGA Tour on television, especially the major championships.

There is so much more I could tell you about my twin brother. We were only five minutes apart, and he always enjoyed reminding me that he was the older one. Half my soul was ripped away from me on that tragic day, August 12th. Not a day shall pass where I don’t think about him. He will forever be in all of our hearts.

Brian will be remembered by everyone who knew and loved him. Like my sister Michelle, Brian was also taken from us much too soon. Brian memorial and celebration of life will be held at a later date. Family and friends will be notified when our family is ready.
