August 7, 1978 – June 16, 2026

Andrea Leclair Narcisi, 47, of Leicester, Massachusetts, passed away unexpectedly, but peacefully, on June 16, 2026, surrounded by the unwavering love of her family following a sudden and serious illness.

Andrea was the beloved daughter of Michael and Carol Leclair of Leicester. She was a devoted sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend whose radiant spirit, beautiful smile, infectious laugh, and compassionate heart touched countless lives. She had a remarkable way of making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved, and her kindness left an unforgettable mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Our parents moved to Leicester on May 13, 1978, just three months before Andrea was born. At that time, the road to their home was still a dirt road. On the day they brought Andrea home from the hospital, the road was being paved, so they parked on Pleasant Street and carried their newborn daughter home in their arms. It became one of our family’s favorite stories. For years afterward, our parents would always say they knew exactly how long they had lived in Leicester by how old Andrea was on her birthday.

Andrea was one of the brightest lights in our family. As one of the older siblings, she became a role model to her younger brothers and sisters. She led by example—with kindness, creativity, strength, laughter, and an adventurous spirit that inspired those around her.

From a young age, Andrea had a passion for music and the performing arts. Blessed with a beautiful singing voice, she found joy on the stage and in sharing music with others. Through her theater program, she earned the lead role in the musical The Boy Friend, where her talent and confidence shone brightly. Music was woven into every part of her life, and the songs she loved will forever remind us of her.

Andrea believed deeply in the power of learning and helping others. She earned her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Worcester State University, preparing for a career that reflected her compassionate heart and her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She had a gift for helping people feel heard, understood, and cared for.

Andrea was a true flower child at heart. She loved music, peace, flowers, nature, and embracing life’s adventures. One of her most treasured experiences was attending Woodstock ’99, an adventure she eagerly anticipated and talked about with excitement long before she left. Our parents always believed in giving their children every opportunity to spread their wings, pursue their dreams, and experience all that life had to offer. Andrea embraced those opportunities with joy, curiosity, and gratitude, creating memories she carried with her throughout her life.

Above all else, Andrea loved her family. She leaves behind her loving parents, Michael and Carol Leclair of Leicester; her brother, Phillip Leclair and his wife, Amy Leclair, and their daughters, Leah and Emma; her brother, Ryan Leclair; her sister, Jessica Leclair McGowan and her husband, James McGowan, and their children, Elijah, Shamus, Ava, and Lola; her sister, Alicia Leclair and her children, Skylee, Sadie, and Shia; her brother, Jarred Leclair; her brother, James Leclair and his sons, Hunter and Axel; her sister, Aretha Leclair; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, cherished friends, and her beloved cats, who brought her endless comfort and companionship.

Although our hearts are broken, we find comfort in the countless memories Andrea gave us. Her laughter will forever echo in our hearts, her music will continue to play in our memories, and her love will remain woven into the fabric of our family. She was our shining light in life, and she will forever remain the wind beneath our wings.

Family and friends are warmly invited to attend Andrea’s Celebration of Life on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Hillcrest Country Club in Leicester, Massachusetts.

In true Andrea fashion, the afternoon will be filled with love, music, laughter, cherished memories, and togetherness as we celebrate the beautiful soul she was and the lasting impact she made on all who knew and loved her.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that you honor Andrea’s memory by embracing those you love, extending kindness whenever possible, listening to the music that moves your soul, and never taking a single day for granted.

Andrea will be forever loved, forever missed, and forever carried in our hearts
